About Altar Linens
Altar Linens was founded in 1998 by Lynn Smith; born in Durham, England and later making her home in Idaho, United States. Lynn faithfully created and provided high quality, pure linen cloths for use in churches all over the world for almost three decades. Upon her retirement in 2026 Altar Linens, under new ownership, continues her legacy and service.
Altar Linens is the manufacturer and direct-to-consumer seller of fine sacramental linens including fine church linens, communion veils, altar cloths, purificators, baptism towels, linens for the mass and more.
We are committed to small batch, handcrafted linens of the highest quality without blends or synthetics.
